Frozen

Storage of frozen products by six cold storage chambers with a total storage capacity of more than 11.000m³, four covered stock with loading and unloading services

Management

Inventory Management (information and movements), receiving, loading and unloading of goods, preparation of orders (pallets and picking). Also offices for customers

Support

Power supply for trucks, parking for delivery vehicles, polivalent health certificates

Refrigerated industrial warehouse in the C / Trigo, Leganés (Madrid), with an area of 1,000m² in the ground floor and 900m² in the first floor. In the ground floor are situated two bi-temperature cold chambers with a capacity of 1.500m³ each one, it also offers a temperature-controlled room and four covered docks. In the first floor there are situated offices and several rooms ( such as toilets, dressing rooms, machinery room,...)

Refrigerated industrial warehouse in the C/Cebada, Leganés (Madrid), with an area of 520m² in the ground floor and 145m² in the first floor. There is a bi-temperature cold storage in the ground floor with a storage capacity of 2600m³ and two covered docks. In the first floor there are located several units (toilets, dressing rooms,..)

Renting of industrial warehouses in Leganés (Madrid), in the C / Cebada and the C / Trigo. In this adress we have industrial buildings with an area of 250m² in the first floor and 125m² in the mezzanine for the storage of any type of goods.
